Human Factors Specialist X2 – Salisbury / Hybrid – Long term contract / Excellent rate

As a Human Factors Specialist, your main responsibilities would be:
• Formulate and develop research statements of requirements for DSTL’s upcoming Humans in Systems Research Project.
• Manage and review the technical work conducted by our suppliers to deliver high technical quali-ty research.
• Work collaboratively as part of inter-disciplinary teams and work with partners to maintain and develop expertise and deliver innovative and effective solutions to our customer’s problems.
• Adjust your written and verbal communication approach to make it accessible and suitable for a range of individuals, groups or organisations.

You’ll have the following qualifications and skills:
• Minimum of a BSc in a relevant human factors subject.
• Good communication and strong technical knowledge.
• Self-motivation and comfortable working under own initiative.

You’ll have the following experience in:
• Human Systems Interaction and Integration knowledge.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Reviewing and assuring completed research.
